The Personal Service Difference

“P.S. – *Personal Service since 1928!” – What it means for you.

Rossbacher Insurance Group is very proud of its history and heritage. From the very first policy written by Richard Rossbacher in 1928, the agency has been committed to offering each customer a meaningful personal experience.

This personal experience was very important to John Rossbacher, an owner of the agency until his retirement in 1985. Each day, he wore to work a tie clip engraved with the letters “P.S.” followed with the phrase “Personal Service” as a reminder of his business objective.

When it came time for him to retire, John left a note for succeeding owner Brad Allen. The note read: “I wore this for years – I now bequeath it to you. All good things, John Rossbacher.” The tie clip was attached.

As a tribute to his tenure and exceptional service to the community throughout his career, the agency now strives to live by its slogan – “P.S. – Personal Service since 1928!”

One aspect of the Personal Service approach is dedication to detailed reviews of coverage with personal and business customers on a regular basis. Customers’ lives and businesses change over time and their insurance coverages should follow suit.

Through these regular coverage reviews, playing an active role in the community, and striving to get to know the client on a more personal level, Rossbacher has kept this heritage alive.

Rossbacher Insurance Group hopes that when customers see P.S. – Personal Service, they will remember the agency’s dedication to offering a personal experience, as well as the core values that have driven the agency from the start.
